Fred has spent his career transforming his fascination with workplace behavior into a passion for building high-performing teams. With decades of experience, Fred leverages data-driven solutions to revolutionize talent acquisition and development. He's authored over 30 employment exams meticulously designed to assess crucial knowledge, skills, abilities, behavioral, motivational and personality traits. 


Fred's impact extends beyond individual assessments. He's collaborated with hundreds of organizations, crafting customized assessment processes that unlock workforce potential. Fred conducts scientific research and program evaluations, ensuring evidence-based practices guide his solutions. Beyond numbers and reports, Fred serves as a trusted advisor and thought leader, empowering executives with data-driven insights for informed hiring decisions. 


His expertise reaches the courtroom as well, where he provides expert testimony for employment litigation cases. Fred continues to share his knowledge through engaging presentations and training programs for executive teams, all with the mission of empowering organizations with science-backed tools to build thriving teams, one well-matched candidate at a time.

Gail brings over 25 years of experience within the University of Alaska system, where she has been dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. Recognized for her commitment with the statewide “Make Students Count” award, Gail’s background reflects a deep commitment to service and support.

In addition to co-founding Clarity Talent Measurement, a leading firm specializing in psychometric assessments, Gail has conducted organizational assessments that span all levels of an organization, from line staff to senior leadership, adding a rich dimension to her expertise. 


She holds a BBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and provides essential consulting services while overseeing all aspects of our company’s operations, including research and development, marketing, sales, and administration.

Johanna brings a uniquely broad and grounded professional perspective shaped by decades of work across diverse communities, including Oregon, Alaska, California, Prague, and New Zealand. 


Her career reflects a longstanding commitment to understanding human behavior within varied cultural and organizational contexts. Midway through her professional journey—as an experienced synagogue rabbi—she completed a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University–Cascades. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon and holds a Doctorate of Divinity, bringing an integrated perspective that recognizes the importance of psychological, physiological, and existential factors in human functioning.


Johanna’s clinical approach is grounded in person-centered and solution-focused principles, with a strong emphasis on meeting individuals where they are and aligning interventions with clearly identified goals. She approaches assessment and counseling with an appreciation for how cognitive processes, behavioral patterns, and underlying belief systems interact to shape real-world functioning. 


Her work reflects a disciplined focus on identifying areas of misalignment—whether cognitive, behavioral, or emotional—and supporting individuals in developing more adaptive, effective patterns of response.
